Paul has spent a large part of his working life starting up and building businesses.

He now works with boards, management teams and entrepreneurs across a range of industries to help them to create and develop valuable businesses.

Paul provides hands-on support and practical advice and guidance to start up and early stage businesses as well as those looking to expand and achieve an exit.

In addition to these commercial activities he is also is committed to philanthropic work, helping to make business ownership a possibility for as wide a range of people as possible.

He works with young people who are seeking to pursue this path, is involved in promoting business education in schools and is a trustee of one of the UK's leading business support charities, helping disadvantaged youngsters to get their business started.
